Getting pierced

We work with a piercing fee (cost for putting the piercing in place, excluding jewelry). The piercing fee for most piercings is €40 (surface, dermal anchor and intimate excepted).
In addition, there is a fee for your chosen jewelry. Depending on the desired placement and your anatomy this can be:
Labret + top (from €32.50)
Straight barbell (€50)
Curved barbell (€60)
Ring (from €35)
Note! The only piercings that are set with a ring are - daith, septum and some intimate piercings.
These basic jewelry can be upgraded with any of the many jewelry in our studio.
The final price to get a piercing is completely dependent on your taste and jewelry choice.
Finally, there is an additional cost for piercing aftercare (€10-€15). Purchasing aftercare is obviously not mandatory but certainly recommended.

Whether piercing hurts varies from person to person, so it is difficult to predict in advance. What we can say, however, is that the piercing itself only takes a second and is over quickly. Before you know it, you have your piercing and are already thinking about the next one.

When booking an appointment, we reserve 45 minutes for you in which we go over all the details: from choosing your jewelry to explaining the procedure and aftercare.

It is important to care for the piercing with sterile physiological saline solution. Do not sit on your piercing, twist or move the jewelry. Do not sleep on it. (Swimming) Baths and sauna should be avoided in the first at least 2-3 months after you get a piercing. Dry the wound after showering and grooming and have your jewelry downsized when the swelling has subsided and your jewelry becomes too long.

A piercing is an open wound. The piece of jewelry inside it causes that wound to remain open for an extended period of time and thus susceptible to microorganisms. In most cases, your body is strong enough for that and can deal with it but sometimes things can turn out differently. It is important to keep the wound clean so that it has a chance to heal peacefully. If you do suspect an infection, contact your piercer as well as your doctor. Your piercer will place a longer/larger piece of jewelry to accommodate the swelling and your doctor will assess whether medication is needed.

Research your piercer!
Choose a studio known for good hygiene and the use of high quality jewelry. Take care of your piercing!
Always use clean hands, sterile physiological saline solution and sterile gauze. Adhere to recommended times when you should not swim or visit sauna. Smoking and drinking alcohol with a fresh oral piercing are a no-go. You can read all about caring for your new piercing here.
