This is where you can pay the 50% deposit now and when your jewelry arrives the rest of the amount + any shipping costs. You are of course also welcome by the time to pick up your order at the studio and have the jewelry changed by us.

Your order is hidden in our website and can only be found with a link.

A deposit is binding. We will order your jewelry especially for you.

Additional terms and conditions for custom orders (custom ordered jewelry)

• • The delivery time of custom ordered jewelry can vary between 3 weeks and 6 months. This is beyond the control of Mastilo Studios.
  • When placing an order for custom jewelry, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
  • After paying the deposit, the items will be ordered from the respective supplier.
  • The consumer will be kept informed about the expected delivery.
  • When the jewelry is received by Mastilo Studios, the consumer will be contacted immediately.
  • The remaining amount shall be paid by the consumer to Mastilo Studios within a period of 30 days.
  • When the full amount is paid, the jewelry will be sent or can be picked up at the studio.
  • Custom ordered jewelry, due to its personal nature, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you do waive the purchase within 14 days of the deposit, you will be charged 20% of the deposit amount. This is to cover the administrative costs incurred. The rest of the down payment will be refunded to the bank account number known to us.
  • If you still waive the purchase later than 14 days after deposit, you will be charged 100% of the deposit amount.
